  • Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can get in touch with us, and our team will help you with the returns process.
  • Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it’s in the same condition as when you received it. Include any tags or accessories that came with the item.
  • Complete the Form: Fill out the return form provided in your package. This helps us understand the reason for the return and improve our services.
  • Ship the Package: Return the parcel to us through a trackable shipping process. We recommend retaining the tracking information for your records.

Return Guidelines

  • Timeframe: Please initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. After this time limit, no return requests will be accepted.
  • Condition: Articles must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. They must also have all original tags and accessories.
  • Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned.

Once our team ensures the returned item meets our return criteria, we will exchange the items you requested. The shipping process will be the same.
